Ivanhoe Lodge No. 142, GRA, AF&AM is officially a regular Masonic lodge on the register of the Grand Lodge of Alberta which is recognized by all regular grand lodges around the world with origins to the United Grand Lodge of England.
The Grand Lodge of Alberta is not beholden nor is governed by any other Masonic body or jurisdiction. All current and active members on a lodge roll are subject to the constitution, bylaws, rules and regulations of this grand lodge and this grand lodge only.
The Grand Lodge of Alberta is divided into several districts, each of which has a District Deputy Grand Master (DDGM) who serves a one year term elected by Master Masons of the district who attend the annual district meeting. The DDGM oversees the regularity of its constituent lodges and provides reports to the Deputy Grand Master.
