The featured author at this year’s Masonic Spring Workshop was WBro. Andrew Hammer of Alexandria-Washington Lodge No. 22 in Virginia. Bro. Andrew’s book “Observing The Craft – The Pursuit of Excellent in Masonic Labour and Observance” is thought-provoking, and challenges each Mason to observe the Craft in its fullest splendour within our lodge and with excellence. He discusses outer-lodge distractions, who should be a Mason, proper dress, ritual, and how an observant lodge must operate, all with historical proof of our originators’ intention of its purpose.
At the Workshop, his book was sold out within two hours of the bookstore opening, even before many brethren arrived at Kananaskis. But you can order it online here!
Andrew is also a good friend of this webmaster.
